− La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer, le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain n’était pas fixé, manque un coffre fort, manque une armoire pour ranger ces affaires

− La chambre niveau -1 sans vue sur la mer escomptée. Grosse déception. Odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain.

Todo ok, pero intenten NO descuidar las instalaciones ya que son el confort de quienes estamos allí.

La ubicación esta perfecta, cerca de todos los comercios y zonas de interés público.

− Estaba un poco descuidado los electrodomésticos y no se de donde pero apezar de que nos facilitaron un insecticida salían moscas no se de donde. Pero las chicas y el de mantenimiento fueron muy amables nos consiguieron un tendedero para colgar la ropa y productos de limpieza sin ningún problema. Y los de la recepción gestionaron todo sin novedad. Recalcar la disponibilidad para resolver nos todo estuvo excelente 👌. De 10. Gracias por todo.

Great shame and such a waste of a really lovely spot

The location is amazing

− Well first I should say that it wasn’t made clear this is basically an Airbnb type arrangement and that it’s a digital entry system. I don’t mind that in principle if I’ve reserved and bought the room on that basis but it’s always an unwelcome discovery when you start getting MILE LONG whatsapps with large amounts of information about how to get in the day before. I guess that they’d rather not spend the money on having a human available to greet you, hand you a key, and answer any questions you might have about your visit. It automatically renders the relationship into a sort of consumer = nuisance dynamic although to be fair the faceless person with whom I communicated on WhatsApp was very helpful and perfectly friendly. They have a really beautiful old building in a peerless location but the renovations include vinyl flooring and awful neon lighting. The shower turned the bathroom into a wet room and the basin was a tiny round thing with no edges to rest anything on with a ridiculously tall tap so you AND the bathroom got a bounce-back bonus shower anytime you washed your hands. The coup de grace was being informed that breakfast was available at their restaurant on the other side of the peninsula but when we got there - despite the fact that it was practically empty - we were told that we should have booked in advance. I have to say that in that moment I probably wasn’t my best self. The whole thing felt very penny-pinching and the experience spoiled the trip to Peñiscola for us and somehow so needlessly..
