9.0Vi blev mødt med et smil og godt humør ved såvel ind- som udtjekning og ved morgenmaden. Vi følte os virkelig velkomne og booker os gerne ind på hotellet en anden gang, hvis vi skal forbi Quedlinburg. Morgenmaden var dejlig, og blev serveret i rolige omgivelser. Hotellet huser også restaurant, som serverer skøn mad - den kan varmt anbefales.
− Hotellets Wi-fi virkede ikke ret godt på vores PC. Det var lidt ærgerligt, men til gengæld virkede det fint på telefonen.

10.0Everything was amazing. The staff was very nice. I enjoyed the classic German breakfast. Location was spectacular. I had a view of the castle from my window.

9.0Die Lage des Hotels ist top! Auch sonst war alles prima, nichts Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Kleines, aber feines Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Inhabern.
− Ist nicht mein Problem gewesen, also nur als Hinweis gedacht: das Hotel ist nicht geeignet für wenig mobile Gäste mit Problemen beim Treppensteigen.
