9.0Staff was extremely helpful and kind, room was clean and big, with good beds.
− Maybe there could have been an air-conditioner for the warm day with direct sun in the room! That's asking for a lot though.

9.0Familiäre Atmosphäre; Besitzerfamilie wie auch Personal waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und einladend.

10.0Vi ble godt tatt i mot, fikk informasjon om severdigheter og restauranter i nærheten. Personalet var blide og serviceinnstilte. Rommet var rent og pent ryddet hver eneste dag, Frokosten var god og variert. Parkering rett utenfor hotellet. Kastelruth var sentralt for turene våre til Sassulongo og Val di Funes og meget kort vei til Seisler Alm. Selve byen Kastelruth er stille og rolig, rent og pent.

10.0Everything was excelente, location, service, ice cream, the breakfast was the best! Only thing is they could put a blackout in the room! Apart of that! All excelente!!
