10.0We've stayed here a few times and found it a perfect location for visiting Bridgnorth. The hotel is lovely, and breakfast has improved quite a bit. Our room was perfect 🥰 we will stay again.

7.0The Jacobean fireplace, apparently the tallest in Britain and the original oak panelled bar. The garden was really lovely. The breakfast had top quality bacon and sausage. The staff were all friendly when approached. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bar was cheap. The location was central and perfect in lower Bridgenorth with a short walk over the bridge to the funicular railway to upper Bridgnorth. Ample and FREE parking.
− The rooms and furniture were dated, worn and in need of a makeover, as was the reception and most of the hotel in general. The breakfast, as delicious as it was, only offered a cooked breakfast and a few boxes of cereal. Plenty of positives. These are the only down points.

8.0Great location, hotel right in the middle of Bridgnorth. Room well equipped, lovely outdoor space at the back of the hotel to relax in the evening.

− Rooms were extremely hot. A fan was provided but I had to bring my own as well. Weather was 30 degrees. Just could've done with a bigger fan or AC unit.
