− Barely any hot water despite following the instructions

10.0Amazing staff customer service! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our favorite part was the breakfast Filipino buffet. Also next to the front desk of the hotel is the massage place that you can booked easily. You can have a relaxing massage with tea after and go back to your room at the 5th floor. Everything was so convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Iloilo city!
− I wish they can make the AC colder. Other than that, I can’t think of anything.
Convenient as i have to do dialysis every 2nd day, and St Paul’s Hospital was right there

10.0Room was very spacious. Breakfast buffet not to be missed. Front desk staff were professional, delightful to deal with, and very competent especially Steph who checked us in at 5:00 AM! Easy access to Atrium stores and SM Delgado just a short walk.
− Water pressure could be better.
