7.0Wir konnten unsere eBikes in einer Garage abstellen. Das Bad war neu gemacht. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.
− Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt für das Hotel nicht (mehr).

5.0Die Lage ist gut, um den Schwarzwald mit dem Rad zu erkunden. Man kann vor Ort im Restaurant zu Abend essen.
− Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise sehr vernachlässigt, gerade im Außenbereich. Das Frühstück ist sehr mittelmäßig und entspricht nicht mehr den aktuellen Standards (nur Dosenobst, ganz geringe Auswahl an Aufschnitten, Aufbackbrötchen..) Das Personal ist nicht sehr serviceorientiert und mit Abbuchungen über Booking überfordert (es wurde doppelt abgerechnet, Rückerstattung konnte nur in bar erfolgen etc.). Beim nächsten Mal würde ich definitiv ein anderes Hotel in der Umgebung wählen.
