8.0Excelente calidad del administrador Charlie, una persona muy amable y servicial, el lugar es modesto pero siempre limpio, las habitaciones las asean todos los días, es agradable, los desayunos muy ricos, hay una tienda cerca donde encuentras todo lo necesario.
− La ubicación, el barrio está un poco alejado del centro y de playas.

4.0Atendeu o que eu precisava pra uma noite em San Andres, que era estar próximo do aeroporto para um voo na manhã seguinte
− Quartos pequenos e desconfortáveis. Instalações ruins e péssimo atendimento. Pousamos bem tarde em San Andres, fizemos o check in e ficamos sem ninguém da equipe do hotel depois. Escrevi uma mensagem no WhatsApp perguntando onde poderia beber água e me responderam falando que tinha uma loja no final da rua. Simplesmente não me deram nem uma mísera garrafa de água pra beber no hotel.
