− I called a head whoever Rhenni is hung up on as I was telling him I was around the corner. When I got there it 5:20. If check-in doesn't end until 6 I was still on time. I was unable to check in
The staff is great and very helpful for the most part just need them to update some of the protocols and procedures.

− the rooms have roaches and they do these routine checks on Tuesdays I understand the need for them safety wise. But if you’re in the room with headphones in & you can’t hear them knock they’ll just open the door anyways . And I’m not too fond of that type of invasion of privacy if all you’re dropping off is one trash bag anyways .
