− Geschmackssache aber die Betten waren uns persönlich zu weich....
Schöner Stop-Over zum Timmelsjoch mit Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen.
9.0Tolle Pools. Tiefgarage direkt im Keller.
− Abendessen nicht als carte möglich. Massenabfertigung im Restaurant. Harte Brötchen aus der Gefriertruhe im 4 Sterne Hotel …

9.0Dejligt spa område og fint værelse og en rigtig god morgenmads buffet.
− Ikke mange spisesteder i området og dresscode på restauranten på hotellet synes jeg er lidt ærgerligt. Heller ikke muligt at købe hurtig snack i bar eller roomservice. Lidt for bløde madrasser :)
Wir kommen wieder, aber wer einen gemütlichen „urigen“ Urlaub möchte, ist da wirklich fehl am Platz.
9.0Wir hatten ein mega tolles Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, direkt am Lift. Tiefgarage vorhanden.
− Es ist ein sehr großes Hotel, man ist in Österreich und hat sich mit dem Personal fast nur auf Englisch unterhalten können. Auch das „gemütliche österreichische Gefühl“ hat man leider nicht bekommen. Es ist mehr auf „Masse“ ausgelegt. Wir wollten um 10:02 unsere Koffer aus dem Zimmer holen, gingen die Karten schon nicht mehr. Was man uns beim Check in nicht gesagt wurde und somit mussten wir den kompletten Weg wieder zurück und die Karten verlängern lasen. Auch beim Abendessen, musste man aufpassen, das man den Teller nicht vor der Nase weggezogen bekommt.

8.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, uns gut zu betreuen. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön und die Zimmer auch. Das Frühstück war gut und der Chefkoch ein toller Typ.
− Wir finden es befremdlich, dass in einem Hotel in Österreich, ein Großteil des Personals nicht deutsch sprechen kann. Das bei den Übernachtungspreisen kein Parkplatz inklusive ist, geht für mich gar nicht. Das Abendessen war zwar qualitativ hochwertig, aber wir würden ein normales Ala Card Restaurant vorziehen. Uns war es zu teuer.
