Colazione ottima e posizione perfetta, vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita. Personale di sala fantastico.

− Il check in alle 14,00-15,00 è veramente scomodo. Poi hanno detto che ci avrebbero offerto la colazione, essendo arrivati in mattinata, invece ci è stata poi fatta pagare.

Colazione e cena molto buoni. Struttura ben curata. Soggiorno gradevole.

− La zona spa dove c'è la vasca idromassaggio è confusionaria in quanto l'accesso è consentito anche ai bambini; sfortunatamente non ho potuto fare l'idromassaggio perché è sempre stato impegnato dai bambini. C'è anche un'altra zona spa molto bella solo per gli adulti ma l'idromassaggio lì non è presente.

Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom liebevoll gestalteten Kinderprogramm – hier stehen die Kinder wirklich im Mittelpunkt und es wird ihnen jeden Tag viel geboten. Unsere Tochter war überglücklich: Sie konnte viele Tiere kennenlernen, erste Reiterfahrungen sammeln und täglich Zeit im Stall verbringen. Ein echtes Highlight war auch der Badeteich – ein wunderschöner Natur-Bio-Teich, in dem es jede Menge kleine Tiere zu entdecken gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Doporučuji jak na kratší tak na delší pobyt. Jsou zde připraveni na děti, domácí mazlíčky i na motorkáře. 👍

Místo, dostupnost, parkování. Personál milý, ochotný, všechno rychle, efektivně a s úsměvem. Pohodlný pokoj, velká koupelna, balkon. Čisto. Jídlo výborné, všechno čerstvé, chutné . Ocenili jsme i extra servis - dostali jsme moto mapy. Super!

− Nestačili jsme vyzkoušet perličkovou koupel. Snad příště. :-)

The hotel is small, cozy, and quiet, while the rooms are very spacious. It is located a mere 3 minute walk from the ski lifts. The exterior and interior both have a beautiful, signature, Tyrol look to it. It's very tidy in the entire building and the rooms are left spotless by the cleaning staff every day. The breakfast included in the room price is simple, filling, and tasty. A cake buffet is available daily, also as part of the price, which makes for a lovely pick me up after a day of skiing/snowboarding. The optional dinner is different each day, delicious, only 35 euros per person, and ranges anywhere from 4-6 courses. There is a beautiful spa area, including multiple saunas, a steam room, and an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the Dolomites. You can even book massages, something I have never witnessed in a 3-star hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind in all types of situations. When my group had to depart very early in the morning, before breakfast was being served, they prepared 3 enormous bags for us, filled with sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks, and water for us to take on the road. They even remembered we had someone who was vegetarian in our group without us mentioning it! It was so, so thoughtful and I genuinely cannot believe this hotel only has 3 stars! Much better than some 5-star hotels I've been to!

− A tiny bit more light in the rooms and a mini fridge would have been nice, but they are not essential and did not impact out impression of the hotel at all! :))
