1.0Nothing. very bad experience. We booked two rooms through booking.com. By the time we arrived and tried to check in the rooms were given to someone else. When I called the reception One day before and the day of check in, stated clearly that we are going to check in, the receptionist clearly mentioned to me that our reservation is confirmed. But it was so pathatic that when I arrived with family, there were no rooms available. They even mentioned that you have booked through booking.com and talk to them. Don't list such a bad hotels in Booking. com. Since many years I have using booking.com for reserving rooms in hotels located not only in India, but also abroad, such as Germany, Protugal, Malasia, Egypt, Jordan and many other places. I never faced any problem. This time it was terrible.
