9.0La casa es muy linda. Las habitaciones cómodas . Estaban limpias , la cama muy comoda también. Limpio, desayuno muy rico . Paula muy amable ! La ubicación excelente .
− Las almohadas podrían mejorar . Era muy gorda e incómoda. No pregunte si había otra. El agua caliente no alcanzó para dos duchas en la mañana . Nos dijeron que no había pasado antes . Debe ser así , solo algo que solucionar .

10.0El hotel está en una casona antigua que es muy linda y está muy bien mantenida y remodelada. Nuestra habitación estaba en el ático y tenía una vista a los cerros maravillosa. A pesar de que es invierno y hace frío, tanto el hotel como la habitación eran muy cálidos y pudimos regular fácilmente la temperatura. El baño era cómodo y grande, la presión del agua perfecta. También había un televisor que funcionó sin inconvenientes. Paula nos atendió espectacular.. nos permitió dejar las maletas antes del check-in para no pasear con tanto peso y estuvo siempre atenta a nuestra experiencia. El hotel está ubicado en uno de los cerros turísticos... suficientemente cerca de restaurantes, cafes, tiendas y museos, pero también lo suficientemente alejado como para que el ruido no moleste. Sin duda volveríamos. Muchas gracias!
