2.0− I was told upon arrival at the front desk that they are no longer affiliated with RedDoorz and Booking.com so they had no way of accessing my reservation which I prepaid in full on Booking.com. The front desk clerk said they have posted a notice on their FaceBook page that they had suspended all online bookings and that RedDoorz had not remitted any payments to former management. I advised front desk clerk that I did not look at their FaceBook page and it should not be expected that potential customers have or look at FB. I had to book a new reservation and pay cash up front because hotel does not take credit cards. So in addition to the $18,548.44 PHP that was charged to my AMEX card by booking.com, I had to pay the hotel in cash $10,800 PHP for 3 nights. The room was uncomfortably warm, a/c not working well and the toilet was absolutely disgusting - not clean at all. And the plumbing is terrible - one day the water stopped working completely! My 82 year old father said this was a negative star hotel and we will never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.

− No hot water,no fridge,shower floor was blocked,I shower with cold water while dirty water on the floor was touching my feet ,old bath towel, tv not working,wifi is on and off mostly of the time not working, It’s very stressful place to stay
