8.0The staff were incredibly friendly, from the receptionist to the lady who managed the food orders. They were warm, welcoming, and professional throughout my visit. They truly embody the meaning of excellent hospitality and made the entire experience enjoyable. A big thank you to these amazing ladies for their outstanding service.
− Unfortunately, my experience with the gentleman at reception was disappointing. When I arrived, he was on a video call and completely ignored me while I stood waiting at the reception desk. It was only after he noticed that I was still standing there waiting that he asked the person on the call to “hold on” and finally acknowledged me. Even then, I felt he was dismissive and assisted me as though I was interrupting his call. I found his attitude to be rude and disrespectful, especially considering that this establishment has such a strong reputation for excellent service.

− Il y avait une coupure de courant et pas de générateur pour prendre le relai donc pas de chauffage. De plus le prix du taxi prévu a été augmenté et nous n’avons pas été prévenus (la taxi fait parti du lodge) Nous n’avons rien dit c’est en relisant les messages que nous nous en sommes aperçus.
