− Staff weren't helpful. A bit confused amongst themselves. For which our stay suffered. Also not very kind in providing infant food

9.0El desayuno sumamente variado y muy rico, el personal muy amable y con gran profesionalismo. Las instalaciones de alta calidad y con diversos servicios, el sauna, spa y gimnasio fueron excelentes complementos para mi estadía.
− Se puede mejorar la limpieza en regadera y de la alberca. La ubicación no fue la mejor si se busca hacer turismo, pero sin duda es un hotel de calidad 4-5 estrellas, yo asistí para una fiesta familiar y fue increible!
