Location, and a wonderful house manager, make this property a treat
7.0First off, the manager of this property is a wonderful man who did everything possible for us. He's the reason for our enjoyment of this property. The location - in a small, charming, historic village - is superb, making it easy to see everything while also offering a bit of privacy when required. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, as the manager made sure it would be. The tiny scale of the property (6 rooms?) made it feel like our own. Despite the historic nature of the structure, with modern accommodations difficult to retrofit, our room was mostly comfortable.
− The property is in need of an update, as it feels a bit dated by the standards of lodging in this price range. The beds, in particular, could be refreshed (though this is perhaps already in the offing). The portable air conditioning unit in our room did not work, though it was perhaps unnecessary as the windows could be opened to let in the breeze. Overall, these are relatively small inconveniences compared to the large benefits of this property's lovely location and the excellent manager.

7.0La posizione è straordinaria, la struttura è in centro, inizialmente ci avevano detto che avremmo potuto parcheggiare l'auto sotto l'hotel, poi invece , abbiamo dovuto spostare l'auto ...
− Lo staff dovrebbe essere un po' più cortese e meno aggressivo, non sapevamo non si potesse parcheggiare davanti l'hotel e per telefono, il giorno stesso,ci avevano spiegato che potevamo salire fin davanti la struttura e parcheggiare, appena scesi dall'auto la signora della reception ci ha intimato immediatamente di togliere la macchina e portare altrove, cercato di spiegare che non sapevamo, e che anzi sapevamo il contrario, ma nonostante tutto ribadiva con modi molto altezzosi il fatto che avrei dovuto togliere la macchina da lì! La colazione troppo minimal e non curata!
