− We hadden veel goede reviews gelezen, maar onze ervaring viel helaas erg tegen. Tijdens ons verblijf is de zonnebril van onze vrienden verdwenen. We kregen sterk de indruk dat iemand van het personeel erbij betrokken was. Na veel discussie vertelde het hotel dat de bril in de kamer van andere gasten was gevonden. We weten niet wat erger is: dat iemand van het personeel de bril zou hebben gestolen, of dat het hotel zomaar kamers van andere gasten doorzoekt. Bovendien hing het verhaal van de manager met haken en ogen aan elkaar en sprak hij zichzelf meermaals tegen, waardoor ons vertrouwen alleen maar verder afnam. Daarnaast was er ’s nachts veel lawaai en vonden wij het ontbijt ook niet lekker. Na het voorval met de zonnebril was ons vertrouwen volledig weg en hebben we niet meer van ons verblijf kunnen genieten.

What we loved: • The breathtaking sunset atmosphere every evening. • The peaceful and relaxing pool area. • The beautiful decoration and attention to every detail. • The lovely little gifts and thoughtful touches that made us feel truly special. • The exceptional service throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Adi, who was incredibly professional, kind, and always attentive. He truly made our experience even more memorable. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend PinkCoco Gili and will definitely be back!

10.0This hotel is a five-star hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff provided outstanding service and made us feel very well looked after. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and everything was of a very high standard. We had an amazing stay.
− We didn’t have any issues with the hotel itself. The only thing worth mentioning is the horse cart transportation to and from the property, as it is the main way to reach the hotel with luggage. This is not the hotel’s fault, but on both trips the driver changed the agreed price when we arrived. My advice is to pay before the trip starts. That way you can avoid any misunderstanding or unexpected charges.
