8.0Lovely room with great facilities. Great location in Port Charlotte. Ideal at night time for peace and quiet with the opportunity to relax and have a drink Really enjoyed the food we had there on the first night - good quality pub food
− Didn't feel part of a 'hotel' (I know it is a pub/restaurant as you were accessing your room separate to the bar/restaurant, which meant you didn't always see staff. Followed process for getting room cleaned but nothing happened. Different staff each day (although all very friendly) but meant there was no continuity On the last day when we were leaving I couldn't find anyone to say bye to and check it was okay to leave

9.0The Innkeeper Ian was wonderful. You could tell that he truly enjoyed owning and running the inn, interacting with the people who were staying there. He’s also an excellent chef. Had a great few days there with our friends.

10.0The beds and room were both comfy and nicely furnished. Everyone made us feel welcomed and couldn’t do enough for us. Super friendly and just a lovely family run hotel and pub. The food was brilliant too..!
