− Everything absolutely disgusting. Cob webs everywhere, the smell was gross had to shower 3 times after trying to stay for 1 day. Checked out same day because disgusting. The owner was nice, but doesn't make up for lack of dirt in the rooms. Didn't even use the restroom while I was there a few hours. Thank goodness I could open a window for fresh air

The location is nice. Close to the beach. The price was alright, if it were clean I would have been ok with it. The couple who run the place were nice, I only spoke to them for a minute but they were ok, I feel bad writing a bad review of their place because they just seem like an old couple trying to get by. I have really low standards, I’ll stay in a shack and be happy if the sheets and pillow are clean. I wish I could say this about this place.

− The room smelled like cigarettes. Under the cigarette smell was a persistent old funk that is hard to describe. At times it was just musty, other times it was strong like urine or something. The pillows were disgusting, flat, years old. They weren’t pillows so much as flaps of material. They were stained from years of saliva. The sheets were not clean, the bed was covered in some type of dog or cat hair., which meant everywhere I went while on vacation I was covered in hair I had my beach blanket in the car, I rolled up some clothes for a pillow and covered with the beach blanket, I would not get in the bed. I would ask for a refund if it was something I believed in. I just don’t do that. Ever. I slept there so I’m happy to pay. But this place tested my beliefs and very much made me want to cancel my stay and ask for a refund I should have taken pictures. I have never really booked with booking.com before so I didn’t know I would be asked to upload pictures in the review. Wish I’d have thought of it.

− The property looked abandoned and I did not like a thing about the it, I could not even stay there. The room was smelled like moldy basement, not really cleaned and did not felt safe to stay there.

− Me cambiaron el hotel para uno en Belmar, en pésimas condiciones de sus instalaciones y de aseo, solo estuvimos un día por las incomodidades, me parecio muy injusto lo que nos hicieron porque reservé con tiempo y pagamos el total estipulado. Baño sin puerta , sucio, se ve que hacía mucho tiempo no limpiaban la habitación , demasiado desaseo nada comparado con las fotos del hotel original, cuando me avisaron del cambio me imaginaba algo parecido por lo menos, pero fue una desagradable experiencia.

Uninhabited filthy disgusting place!

Arrived at motel & looked abandoned. Office was open & phone # on wall. Called & was informed motel was closed, but I could come to another property in Belmar. Arrived to property in shambles, but I needed a place to sleep. Junk littering property. Room was uninhabitable. Everything was broken & filthy. It was absolute disgrace. Do not go here. I’m sure that a call to the right people would have this facility closed down.
