− Room, bed unmade 1st day, very dirty mouldy shower hose and tiles, no milk on 3rd day. Minor issue but the little details are what people notice, more care and attention required by housekeeping.

Great staff and location but the guest rooms are unbearably hot at this time of year.
8.0The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Every staff member we met gave exceptional service. The location was perfect for our needs.
− The rooms were exceptionally hot and uncomfortable. I accept that there is a heatwave in the country at the moment and no one can control the weather, but there was only one small fan in the room. These rooms require air conditioning or at least a bigger fan in the summer months, especially when you are paying more than £100 per night.
