7.0Só não gostei das escadas que precisa subir até ao quarto. Tenho limitacoes e foi bem sacrificante subir tanta escadas.
− Não gostei da escadaria.. Precisam se informar das limitacoes dos hóspedes tipo idosos e pcds.

− Treinar mais o pessoal da recepção, lá encontrei por 2 vezes um rapaz sem formação adequada para atendente. Arrogante, sem maneira de falar com os clientes, sem paciência, desligando tlfn na cara.
Não recomendo a ninguém !
