− çok ilgisizler yastıkları aşırı ince ve küçük olduğu için ilave yastık adet için chf 10 istediler.Ayrıca duvarlar çok çok ince gece wc kalkanlar neredeyse odanın içinden geçer gibi ses oluyor duvarlar karton kalınlığında.

Das Einzige, was hier überzeugt, ist die Lage. Der Rest ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Diese Unterkunft als „Hotel“ zu bezeichnen, ist eine Frechheit. Selbst die meisten Jugendherbergen sind besser ausgestattet, sauberer und deutlich einladender. Das Zimmer gleicht eher einer Abstellkammer als einem Hotelzimmer. Die Ausstattung ist billig, lieblos und völlig unzureichend. Für das, was hier geboten wird, ist jeder Euro zu viel. Wer ein richtiges Hotel erwartet, wird hier massiv enttäuscht. Nie wieder.

− Bitte schaut euch die Fotos und die Beschreibung ganz genau an. Mir hat an dieser Unterkunft praktisch nichts gefallen. Das angebliche Doppelbett ist gerade einmal ca. 140 cm breit und steht so dicht an der Wand, dass auf einer Seite gefühlt nur etwa 10 cm Platz zum Durchgehen bleiben. Das Zimmer war extrem warm, stickig und alles andere als angenehm. Auch die Ausstattung ist völlig unpraktisch. Im Zimmer gibt es praktisch nur eine Dreifachsteckdose am Fenster – durch die Bauform der Stecker lässt sich aber jeweils nur eine Steckdose sinnvoll nutzen. Die einzige weitere brauchbare Steckdose befindet sich ausgerechnet im Badezimmer, und auch dort kann effektiv nur eine genutzt werden. Für 145 € pro Nacht ist das schlicht eine Frechheit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist katastrophal und hat mit einem Hotelaufenthalt, wie man ihn erwarten darf, nichts zu tun.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beautiful Staubbach Falls and close to the village center. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. One thing to keep in mind is that the toilet and bathroom are shared. There is one shared bathroom and toilet on the hallway for two floors, which may not be ideal for everyone. However, the facilities were clean during our stay.

− On the downside, the staff were not particularly friendly and came across as rather grumpy. We also had dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel, and the food was quite disappointing for the price.

La ubicación es genial, justo al lado de la cascada y a 15 minutos de la estación del tren, pero ya que el paisaje es tan hermoso, no sientes el tiempo mientras caminas. El personal es muy atento y servicial, la comida también es bastante buena, y desde mi cuarto podía ver los Alpes y la cascada por lo que fue algo de ensueño
