9.0É um hotel muito bom os quartos são limpos amplos o café da manhã é muito bom com estacionamento recepção funcionários são todos muito educados muito prestativos atenciosos o hotel conta com serviço de quarto e está bem localizado no centro de montes Claros
− Dependendo do quarto que você ficar talvez quando abrir a janela você dedicar para área de circulação mas isso não é nem culpa do próprio hotel e sim da construção do edifício que é um edifício antigo então se você gosta de vista para a cidade vista para paisagem tem que solicitar a recepção o quarto que atenda essas especificações.

10.0Localizado no centro de MoC, em frente a Catedral, próximo ao shopping e comércio
− Só estacionar não é tão prático, mas o hotel dispõe de manobristas, ( que por sinal são pessoas excelentes, educadas e bem solicitas) o que torna a estadia tranquila
A localização é excelente! O atendimento é mais que excelente!
8.0O que mais gostei foi o chuveiro, quarto espaçoso, limpeza e atendimento nota mil!
− Não gostei muito do conforto da cama, mas para quem tem algum problema na coluna é bom demais, e o café da manhã achei normal, existe cuidado nos preparos, mas não tem muita opção.
