− The smell of the room was a lot. Had to wash everything that was brought into the room 2-4 times to remove the odor.

10.0the man who checked me into my room was the nicest and friendliest I have dealt with in a long time!
Rude night shift and he had his friends all out side and they were all smoking weed and smelled like alcohol

− my room got downgraded and now I don’t have enough room for my guest. And they said there is no more rooms. What am I supposed to do now….. I have to go pay for a blow up mattress and other things just for my other guest I want at least the price difference, half my money back….. something ….. also they made me sign a weekly agreement or would not let us stay. I am very uncomfortable. Also just asked for an extra towel and got told there were none extra. And didn’t even have access to them. The bathroom has dried pee on the toilet which I also took a picture of
