La piscine, la vue sur la baie de fort de france, clim fonctionnelle, petit dej convenable. Lit confortable. Le cadre de l’hotel : verdure, fleurs,...coco bar..

− Moustique dans la chambre. Equipement tres bien mais globalement viellissant. Peu de choix dans le restaurant la sirene.

Localisation parfaite à 20-30min de l'aéroport en taxi, plage semi privative, belle vue. Service de location de voiture proposé à l'hotel. Planteur du bar sur piloti excellent.

− Trop cher pour le service et la mauvaise qualité de l'établissement en sa globalité. Pas de proposition de verre d'eau ou de cocktail de bienvenue. Chambre trop petite, vétuste, moisissure partout, joints moisis en mauvais état, poubelle rouillée, lumière de la salle de bain qui ne fonctionne pas bien, mobilier de la chambre cassé, piscine de l'hotel en très mauvais état un liner aurait été mieux que des couches successives de peintures différentes. Le petit déjeuner non inclus alors que le prix de la chambre est vraiment trop élevé, produits de mauvaise qualité (thé, café...), défection d'oiseau partout sur les chaises des terrasses, pas de changement de serviettes de bain sachant qu'on est dans un pays humide et donc on a besoin de prendre plusieurs douches par jour. Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas bien ou pas du tout. Repas midi/soir pas terrible et trop de l'hexagone. On vient en Martinique pour manger local et non pas parisien. Les transats sont en piteux état, pas de service de boisson, le client est obligé de se lever pour aller jusqu'au bar. Les non clients qui s'installent sur les transat de l'hotel sans permission et qui ne sont pas conduits vers la sortie. Pas de navette gratuite entre l'hotel et l'aéroport. pas de navette gratuite pour visiter les sites à proximité comme la maison de la canne, le village de l poterie ou la savanne aux esclaves. J'invite le responsable de l'hotel et le personnel de faire un stage à Paris dans des hotels de luxe ou tout simplement en Thailande ou au Vietnam ou les hotels sont des hotels de luxe avec des prix bien moins élevés mais avec une qualité de service qui égale celle des hotels de luxe parisiens. C'est une honte de faire payer aussi cher pour un hotel délabré et un service médiocre!
