− Scarsa insonorizzazione tra una stanza e l’altra per cui se ti capitano vicini rumorosi e nottambuli (come nel mio caso) non si riesce a chiudere occhio. Inoltre mancava uno scrittoio in stanza, c’è’ solo un tavolino nel balcone imo.
