− 房間或浴室沒有足夠晾濕衣服的地方。請人員吸地，對方表示只有拖把沒有吸塵器，所以房間在入住的三天都沒有清掃。請人員補充廁所衛生紙，對方僅把新的紙捲放在馬桶水箱上，沒有把已經用完的紙捲取下換上新的。早餐選擇非常有限。

8.0Hotel bonito, moderno y funcional. El personal encantador, nos ayudaron con el alquiler de una motocicleta y nos dijeron qué visitar. Todos los días nos dejaban botellas de agua mineral.
− Tuvieron el detalle de ponernos zapatillas de casa, pero estaban usadas.
