El lugar, el hotel, la familia que lo gestiona... Todo!!! Muchas gracias al propietario que nos llevó en su tuk tuk por el lago a ver animales y contarnos curiosidades, además por la tarde nos llevo a una fiesta típica a un pueblo a 22km de manera desinteresada solo por querer que conozcamos la cultura de aquí y a sus gentes. Además nos organizo el safari por el Parque Nacional de Yala con un super guia .. todo genial de 10!!! Lo recomiendo muchisimo

Randy is the best host we have had in Sri Lanka! He and his family made us feel so welcome and we are so grateful we stayed here. Randy taught us all about Tissa and the history of the village. He showed us some of the awesome wildlife near the house and organised our Safari into Yala. The safari Randy organised was amazing, our guide was very knowledgeable and we were lucky enough to see 3 leopards and a bunch of other animals! Thank you Randy for your kindness and generosity, this is a stay we will never forget

飯店設施非常現代化，熱水、冷氣、風扇與冰箱一應俱全。我覺得這裡甚至比某些市區飯店還要出色！老闆人非常好，因為曾經在韓國首爾工作過，所以比其他人更能貼切理解旅客的需求。 我們總共住了兩天，老闆對我們照顧得無微不至。入住當天，他特地到市中心巴士站接我們，還準備了食物款待。第一天我們不太餓、想先在飯店休息，老闆擔心我們肚餓，還貼心地準備了下午茶，之後更帶我們到附近的湖邊散步介紹。雖然飯店位於較寧靜的鄉村地帶，但老闆連續兩天都非常熱心地開車載我們去餐廳用餐，等我們吃完後再接我們回飯店！ 這兩天我和朋友都過得無比開心，絕對是我們這趟 15 天行程中最充實、最美好的兩天。除此之外，飯店還幫忙安排了 Safari 野生動物巡禮等活動，由專業的導遊兼司機帶我們前往附近的野生動物公園，完全不需要為行程操心 退房當天，老闆也親自開車送我們到巴士站。這兩天真的很感謝老闆，他對我們的好，真的已經不是言語所能表達的了!❤️ The hotel facilities are very modern, fully equipped with hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a refrigerator. Honestly, I think this place is even better than some hotels in the city! The owner is incredibly kind. Having worked in Seoul, South Korea before, he understands the needs of travelers much better than most. We stayed for two days, and the owner took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. On the day we arrived, he specially picked us up at the city center bus station and welcomed us with food. Since we weren't very hungry on the first day and preferred to rest in the room, he was worried we might get hungry later and thoughtfully prepared afternoon tea for us. Afterwards, he took us to visit and introduced a nearby lake. Even though the hotel is located in a more rural area, he kindly drove us to a restaurant for dinner and picked us up afterwards— two days in a row! My friend and I had a fantastic time here. These two days were definitely the highlights of our 15-day trip.On top of that, the hotel arranged activities like a wildlife safari for us, complete with a professional guide and driver who took us to the nearby national park, so we didn't have to worry about planning anything at all. On our departure day, the owner drove us to the bus station himself. We are deeply grateful to him for everything over those two days; words truly cannot express how kind and hospitable he was to us!❤️

I feel like no words will ever do this place justice. Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and chose it because of the great reviews we read online. And it did not disappoint, if anything it was better than expected. First of all Randy is an incredible host, he goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and are having an enjoyable stay including fresh fruit and juice on arrival, ice cream and fruit when we returned from the safari and he took us on a tour around his lake telling us all about his village and showing us the birds. On our last day we didn’t have many plans so Randy took us to a weaving factory, museum and rice producer which was so nice to visit some interesting lesser known local spots. Randy gave us tuk tuk rides whenever he was available, dropping us off and picking us up from dinner. Our room was impeccably clean and beautifully presented, was spacious, light and had a gorgeous view of the trees and birds. We booked the safari through Randy and the driver was amazing going out of his way to ensure we were able to see a leopard and Randy packed us a great breakfast for the tour. All in all I would 100% recommend this place, Randy and his lovely family make you feel at home and were the best hosts and accommodation we had on our whole trip in Sri Lanka. It really does live up to the reviews.

Die Zimmer waren top! Super gemütlich und sauber und unser Highlight war unser Gastgeber Randy. Er ist so ein herzlicher Mensch, sowas haben wir selten erlebt. Wir wurden zunächst mit einem Willkommensdrink + Kuchen empfangen und er hat mit uns eine Tuktuk Tour durch den kleinen Ort rund um den Elegant Lake gemacht. Hat uns sehr viel über die Natur und die Tiere erzählt. Wir haben sogar das erste Mal Fledermäuse gesehen! Er hat für uns auch die Safari im Yala Nationalpark organisiert für einen unschlagbaren Preis. Wir haben diesen Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und können Randy und seine Familie herzlichst empfehlen! Danke für alles Randy 🙏🏻❤️

Tutto! La stanza affaccia su un meraviglioso giardino pieno di animali, il proprietario e la sua famiglia ci ha accolto come mai nessuno prima d’ora. Di una gentilezza ed una semplicità che difficilmente si trova in giro. Ci hanno dedicato tantissimo tempo e attenzioni per rendere questo soggiorno speciale ed indimenticabile.
