7.0The staff was really good and friendly supportive brilliant customer service. Especially the brother from Egypt. The area was easy to find and the location has a lot around it. The place was nice and quiet.
− I feel like a lot of little things need fixing. Bathroom mainly, maybe the mould and t touch ups needed as it looks very run down. These are minor but aesthetics make a huge difference. The room also smelled of cigarettes, even though it was a none smoking room. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were too high. I woke up with a stiff neck and so did my sister. I know this is minor, but was comfortable otherwise
