10.0Skvělá lokace, centrum všech cest a tras v okolí, tekoucí říčka za oknem je úžasný viditelný i slyšitelný relax , parkování za hotelem zdarma, skvělí číšníci, mladý s brýlemi, velice ochotný a usměvavá kolegyněTereza, která nás svou povahou a ochotou po ránu nabila energií. Zvladají oba perfektně svou práci i nad rámec svých povinností.Ty si páni majitelé držte! V ceně nabídnou jakoukoli kávu, čaj. Na stole jsou džusy, voda. Vynikajicí byly snídaně, forma výběru, bufet, množství, kvalita, co kdo má rád. Klidný hotel, spala jsem po túrách s rodinou jako v bavlnce. Při příjezdu voňavý a čistý pokoj. Rádi se vrátíme.
− Nelíbil se nám uklízecí personál pokojů. Potřebovali by školu a energii dostat od číšníků. Pokoj při příjezdu byl sice čistý, ale při týdenním pobytu jsem si musela říkat o vynešení koše, ani jednou se pokoje kde jsme byly ubytovaní neuklízeli. Jsou v hotelu pravidla pro uklízení pokojů s ubytovanými hosty? ( ne jen při příjezdu a odjezdu) Protože jinak s číšníky i hotelem jsme byli naprosto spokojení.

8.0Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál. Velkou výhodou bylo parkování přímo u hotelu. Snídaně formou švédských stolů byly velmi dobré. Postel v pokoji byla pohodlná.
− V pokoji bylo trochu hlučno. Ručníky byly staré a zažloutlé, jeden z nich měl dokonce díru.
