5.0Das Hotel liegt recht ruhig, obwohl es in Nähe der Landstraße liegt. Parkplätze sind von der Größe sehr großzügig angelegt, so dass man seine Türen weit aufmachen kann und ein und ausladen kann.
− Wenn man ankommt, muss man eine Nummer anrufen und man bekommt den Code fürs Zimmer. Es war also niemand an der Rezeption. Okay - das ging auch so ganz gut. Bis hierhin: Wir hatten nie einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner. Wir waren Samstag und Sonntag im Hotel und wollten Samstag nicht frühstücken, da wir bei einem großen Event bei Pütnitz ein Frühstück gebucht hatten. Samstag abend riefen wir die Nummer an, die wir schon bei der Anreise genutzt hatten, um das Frühstück für Sonntag anzufragen. Es war nur eine Mailbox und damit sprechen wir nicht. Also aufgelegt. Es wurde auch nicht zurück gerufen. Sonntag früh fragten wir die Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitete, ob wir jetzt frühstücken könnten? Können wir aber wir hätten uns anmelden müssen. Die Ansage war sehr unfreundlich Ja, wo und bei Wem denn, wenn nie Jemand zu erreichen ist? Wir sagten, wir überlegen es uns noch, wir wollten erstmal das Auto beladen. Wir frühstückten dann hier nicht, von der Ansage der Dame waren wir schon satt. Wir fanden in einer Tankstelle ein gutes Frühstück mit frischen Brötchen und konnten daher hier im Hotel gerne darauf verzichten. Bei dem Preis, den wir bezahlten, hätte ich was anderes erwartet. Wir reisen viel und kennen es meist ganz anders! Wir werden hier nicht mehr wieder kommen.
