2.0We actually didn’t even stay. We had to leave the room. There was roaches everywhere.

2.0I did not make it past the check-in process. Waited at the door with no response, went back to my car to call and let the staff know i was at the property and trying to check in. A man answered the phone very rudely then hung up on me. They should not be able to treat people this way but, i guess it will continue to happen because i am not getting a refund. So as long as they get paid for treating people like this it will continue to happen. I got a room up the road. This is just not okay. Hope it gets resolved because its not fun to pay for a room thats not being utilized
