Hotel na super místě a příjemným personálem.
8.0Super umístění hned u lanové dráhy na Špičák. Velmi příjemný personál, který vyšel ve všem vstříc. Nadprůměrně dobrá snídaně v krásném prostředí restaurace.
− Ubytování je starší, ale vše odpovídá ceně a není vhodné snižovat hodnocení.

5.0Milý personál, lokalita
− Absolutní nevybavenost pokoje, manželská postel, která má mezi matracema 20 cm mezeru. Minibarové meníčko na pokoji sice je, ale lednice jako taková už ne. Hnusné, špinavé koberce. Nefunkční odvětrávání na wc, byl advertizován výhled na hory, nás výhled byl do smrku za hotelem. Sem už nepojedem.
Celkový dojem negativní, nevyladí to ani lokalita.

− Staré vybavení, sotva tekouci voda, drzak sprchy ulomený, matrace měkké, postele malé s mezerou uprostřed asi 10cm. Pokoj umístěný na pavlači, desky na pavlači polorozbité. Výhled do křoví, okno jde otevřít jen celé nebo nic. Pokoj tmavý musíte svítit 24/7. V restauraci jsem ochutnala Ceasar salat plny cesneku, kuřecí maso přepálené a vysušené a proč tam dávate vajíčko?
