10.0Personal atento y cercano, instalaciones excepcionales, desayunos variados y sabrosos y ubicación perfecta en Monteverde, rodeado de naturaleza y a 1 minuto del pueblo. Nos hicieron un detallazo de luna de miel, decorando la invitación y haciendo upgrade de jacuzzi.
− Por el precio que se paga, debería incluir al menos un régimen de media pensión o algunos de los servicios como SPA/masajes. Es un precio un tanto excesivo para alojamiento y desayuno.

The pool area and the fire pits are unique. Part of the hotel pathway could be more covered for rain
9.0− Please advertise that for people without a car, using Uber car service is difficult, however I suggested to seek help at the reception desk, and they referred us to a chauffeur they use. We were able to make it to the entrance of the Monteverde National park in time for our tour for this reason. That was a great service.

5.0The staff was very nice and caring, and the outdoor facilities are very beautiful. Pool and jacuzzi were great
− We had to switch room once due to banging noises from the trees outside that disturbed our sleep. Then in the second night the new room door was also noisy and banged all night because of the wind. Also, water in the shower was lukewarm and not hot
