− We hadden heel specifiek geboekt voor een tussendeur omdat we met heel het gezin bij elkaar wilde zitten. Dit een aantal keer ver van te voren aangegeven zonder resultaat. Dit mag dan geen filteroptie zijn. Online inchecken ging ook niet lekker want je hebt via Booking niet het interne nummer van het hotel. Als je hier over appt of berichten stuurt wordt je niet geholpen.

− Buffet variety, entertainment was a bit poor and the schedule was not all complied with, TVs, bed with noisy springs, all services had to paid immediately and could not be included in the room account.
