8.0O Lugar é maravilhoso, comida saborosa, variedade de atividades para as crianças, privacidade nas acomodações.
− Não costumo olhar para as avaliações porque acredito que a experiência é subjetiva. Porém preciso deixar meu posicionamento: pelo custo da estadia alguns serviços poderiam ser melhor, hidro estava suja, pães duros no café, nenhuma assistência quando o pônei mordeu meu filho, piscina pouco aquecida (desconfortável) bebidas com um Valor absurdo.

6.0Piscina estava fria, tive que solicitar apoio pois não tinha agua quente na cabana, estava sem gás, trocaram e resolvido, a jacuzzi e na área externa(no site não especifica o local...). A diária e completa mas usando só uma diária não tem almoço incluso ......
Local lindo, hotel ok.
7.0As alimentações eram muito boas.
− Cama extremamente dura, as piscinas não são suficientemente aquecidas para o inverno.
Falta de cuidado com o cliente.
6.0O propósito do Resort é ótimo.
− A estrada de acesso é terrível, a comida ficou muito a desejar, ar condicionado às vezes funcionava.

− Atendimento, achei que deixou a desejar, como é um local bem grande com várias atividades deveria ter um tour bem detalhado mostrando tudo oque tem no local.
