8.0Esta cerca del parque central, la habitación es comoda y el jacuzzi tiene buen tamaño. El personal es amable. Hay café y agua siempre disponible.
− En la publicación de booking dice que hay desayuno incluido. Pero no es verdad. Lo que te dan es un cupón de descuento para dos restaurantes. El hotel NO CUENTA CON RESTAURANTE. En la foto de la publicidad dice que hay piscina, pero no es asi. Te cobran 5 dolares para poder entrar a una piscina de otro Hote.l
Cómodo, limpio y excelente servicio del personal
10.0La estancia en Hotel Mesón del Valle ha sido muy cómoda y placentera. No hemos tenido inconvenientes, y se han mostrado siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y guiarnos en la ciudad. Sus recomendaciones y los tours que recomiendan también salieron muy bien.
Disappointed at start, ok in the end
6.0− Big discrepancy about what was listed at booking.com and what we found.. confusing wording regarding when to pay or pre-payment; no parking available! No breakfast included; dirty hydro massage bathtub, it’s not a jacuzzi like listed, it has only 6 jets, without enough jet to massage..

Buena ubicación, servicio deficiente
3.0Lo mejor que tiene ese hotel es la ubicación. Está muy cerca del parque central y de muchos cafés y restaurantes.
− Nos cobraron un snack que no consumimos porque no llevan un buen control de lo que tienen a la venta en las habitaciones, cuando te entregan la habitación se supone que hay que firmar un listado con lo que recibes pero de eso nos enteramos hasta el día del check out cuando nos estaban cobrando el chocolate que supuestamente faltaba. El inodoro de la habitación se tapó e insinuaron que habíamos echado papel cuando claramente se podía ver que no tenía un buen sifón. No nos dejaron toallas el tercer día hasta que las tuvimos que ir a pedir a la recepción, las llevaron tarde y no nos llevaron toallas para la cara.

− Las camas estaban un poco duras y había un poco de humedad. Ponen carbón en las habitaciones para absorber la humedad; pero aún así se llega a sentir un poco… fuera de eso todo super bien! Volvería a repetir.
