6.0Cisza, zieleń za oknem, komfort parkowania, wygodne łóżka, śniadanie oki.
− Brak czajnika i kubków w pokoju oraz szlafroków, w ktorych można przejść na basen, zaniedbane akwaria w holu - słaba wizytówka hotelu. Zaskoczyło mnie, że tyko można zrobić kanapkę na wynos za dodatkowe 10 zł sztuka pomimo opłaconego śniadania. Raczej w innych hotelach można na wycieczkę w góry zrobić kanapki w ramach opłaconego śniadania.

6.0Cisza, spokój, piękna natura obok, dobre śniadania, duży czysty basen. Przemiła obsługa klienta 10/10.
− Pomyłka z adresem - to nie jest Szklarska Poręba. Jeśli nie masz samochodu - nie masz dojazdu do miasta, tylko taksuwa, a to dwa razy dziennie bardzo drogo. W pokojach dawno nie było remontu. Nie ma czajnika żeby przygotować herbatę.

− V kavárně dost pomalý personál a lehce nevšímavý k dění na stolech,ale příjemný. Postele by si zasloužily lepší matrace, jsou nepohodlné.
