Great hotel but needs outdoor seating

− We were told we could book breakfast when we arrived - then upon arrival we were told booking was full and we couldn't book either morning of our two night stay. This was problematic as my Disabled father needed food in a morning. Also no OUTDOOR seating at all - maybe the small area where you have 2 x cars parked could be a lovely little area with a couple of benches or seating.

10.0Great location, central to everything, pubs, bars, town, the grand pier. Room was lovely, although very hot! Grateful for the fan!

Overall a lovely stay we enjoyed it despite the few issues. Would stay there again

− No parking, no air conditioning the room was unbearably hot. Windows only opened slightly so could get no air in room. The door to bathroom was stiff and squeaky and so if anyone went to toilet in the night they woke everyone up.
