− In unserem Zimmer veraltete teilweise defekte Nachtschränke/Möbel Dusche hätte auch frisches Silikon vertragen, Fenster beschissen eingestellt- nur mit vereinter Kraft zu zwei ließ es sich öffnen (wegen Größe)

5.0Snídaně byla ucházející. Žádný extra výběr, ale najedli jsme se. Výborná byla paní recepční - moc milá :-)
− Co mě hodně zklamalo byly večere. Dospělý 360,-a dítě 200,-. Na výběr byly cca 3 hlavní jídla, který si člověk ani namohl nabídnout sám. I kdybych mohla, nevybrala bych si. Takže jsem si dala nudlový vývar a děti to stejné. Druhý den jsme si večeři neobjednali a šli jsme se najíst do města. Dále co mě zklamalo byly pokoje. Dopředu jsme nahlásili, že pojedeme se psem a dostali jsme pokoj s kobercem. Proč? Za mě je to nehygienické. Jedna paní pokojská se to snažila řešit, ale druhá řekla, že je to ok. Wellness bylo maličké. Funguje tím stylem, že někteří hosté se nasáčkují do vířivky ve 13:00 a vylézají tehdy až si do ní dovolí přijít i někdo jiný, než jejich rodinný příslušník nebo známý. Vzhledem k tomu, že se do ní vleze cca 5 lidí, tato situace nenastává moc často a tak čekáte a říkáte si, že to dotyčným třeba dojde. To stejné biliard. Ale toto by si měl hlídat hotel a nějakými cedulkami dát hostům najevo, že tam nejsou sami.
Pobyt w Szpindlerowym Młynie miał charakter służbowy. Hotel spełnił wymagania.
