− Me causa forte desconforto, chego a dizer que me causa ate confusão mental ambientes mal iluminados, tipo penumbra. Gosto do ambiente bem iluminado.

− A limpeza do local não atendeu às expectativas, especialmente pela falta de troca da roupa de cama entre hóspedes. A ausência de ventilador na sala comprometeu o conforto. Além disso, não houve informações claras sobre a disponibilização de roupa de cama e toalhas.
