8.0Glad it hd an A/C bc it was hot and humid outside. The pool was nice but we couldn't use it since it was only open from 8am til 9 pm and it was past 9pm when we checked in.
− There was sand around the room and under the bed, the stand with the mirror was very dusty, and they didn't leave us any towels in the bathroom to dry off after showering. Upon check out they asked us about the towels and we told the front desk that we didn't get any. And she didn't even apologize

10.0This is a great location. We stayed in the area before, and it is close to many good places to eat, the beach (chahue), and the Chedraui (big grocery store). Easy and reasonable walk to Santa Cruz or La Crucecita. Room was a little smaller than anticipated based on the pictures, but still cozy and quiet. Pool was excellent and often quiet, which was very nice. Son Juan restaurant, which is right in front, was convenient and excellent.
