6.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück schön und überraschend vielfältig, die Lage sehr gut.
− Die Fotos auf booking.com haben Erwartungen geweckt, die vor Ort nicht alle eingehalten werden konnten. Möbel, Bett und Handtücher waren nicht mehr so gepflegt und neu, der Gesamteindruck weniger schick als gedacht. Dafür ist der Preis m.E. etwas zu hoch.
Preis Leistung hat absolut nicht gepasst

− Das Haus in dem unser Zimmer war..total runter gekommen und ein Gestank im Flur. Zimmer total veraltet und nicht so sauber.

8.0Personal / Servicekräfte sehr nett und freundlich!! Unser Zimmer hatte Balkon zum Marktplatz. Lage des Hotels ist absolut perfekt im Zentrum. In jede Richtung blickt man auf außergewöhnliche Häuser. Restaurantes im Haus und Umgebung sehr gut! Fussläufig ca 10 min zum Gradierwerk und Therme.
− Ach. Nichts was ich für dringend erwähnenswert halte. Es ist kein Neubau, also sollte man auch nicht absolut Neuwertiges erwarten!! Verschaffen Sie sich selbst einen Eindruck. Es gibt Angebote.

10.0Dieses Hotel ist sehr zentral im idyllischen Allendorf gelegen. Ich wurde hier sehr freundlich aufgenommen und konnte ein paar schöne Tage genießen. Das Zimmer war, wie hier abgebildet, schön groß, mit vielen Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten und einem modernen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Ganz besonders ist der nette Service vom gesamten Team des Hotels hervorzuheben. Die Anfahrt zum Open Flair Festival dauert etwa 15 Minuten und es war schön während des Wochenendes bereits beim Frühstück viele andere Besucher dieses Festivals zu treffen.
