4.0The stuff is polite and trying to help
− Terribly hot inside. Unbearable to sleep in the rooms pr stay inside. No air conditioning-nowhere. Too old. To much needed to be repaired. The elevators were out of order. Two of them. In the morning there is nobody on reception desk. There is an impression of badly managed hotel
Good drinks, wouldn’t return.
6.0The property is beautiful, and has stunning scenery and views. The location is good. There is a variety of seating and dining areas, all with wonderful decoration. The food is nice, but nothing special.
− The service is appallingly slow, and the staff aren’t particularly eager to help. Several times we were left waiting almost an hour for a drinks order, and the food almost twice as long. The Utopia Spa is very basic, especially considering the money you pay at a place like this. There is only one outdoor hot tub which is over crowded, and then a couple very small saunas/steam rooms. The outdoor private hot tub area is also very disappointing - it is like sitting in someone’s back garden with a minuscule hot tub that could barely fit myself and my partner comfortably. Considering we spent a ridiculously large sum of money at this place not only on the rooms, but on food, drinks, and spa and treatments the service we received was atrociously underwhelming. The saving grace was the cocktails and other drinks were incredibly strong so at least we felt merry amidst the disappointment.
