Property and surrounding area needs works
5.0This property was not suitable for us. We stayed because it was only 4 nights.
− Initial rooms allocated on ground floor were unsuitable, dark, some items broken / missing and had to ask staff more than once to keep noise down at night. We were moved to rooms on upper floor, these were better. However, challenging as I use a walking aid. Property is in disrepair and surrounding area outside property is unsightly. We used the 'restaurant' 2 to 3 times, basic and not value for money.
