10.0とても雰囲気のある外観でしたしお部屋も広かったです！ 中心部から少し離れているが故に静かで快適でよく眠れました！
また有馬温泉へ行く際にはリピートしたいと思える宿だった
8.0宿の外観の雰囲気がとても良くて、全体的に凄い綺麗で居心地も良かった スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で、不快に思うところが１つもなかった
− すぐ近くに温泉があるとはいえ部屋にシャワーだけだったので、宿に帰る時間が温泉が閉まる時間帯以降になると浴槽に付かれない点
Relaxing stay in an Onsen Town with a great restaurant.
10.0We loved the location of the property and the size of the room that included a kitchen. The price of the room was better value than any other hotel I found. They provided Yukadas and free passes to the Onsens. The restaurant is fantastic and we loved every meal we had there.

8.0夕食時に利用したレストランのおじさんがとても親切だった。会計時の女性スタッフの対応もよかった。お食事も美味しかったです。ネットでアメニティを見たらタオル、バスタオルが無いように書いてあり、わざわざ持っていったが常備されていた。私の見間違い？バスタオル等の分、リュックが重かったー😢
