− Hi Ma'am, I'm the lady who visited your place yesterday. Unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed with my experience. The bedding, including the pillows, had a strong unpleasant smell and appeared unclean. It gave the impression that the linen had not been properly washed or replaced between guests. As a result, I was unable to enjoy my stay. Even after returning home, I had to wash all my clothes because they had absorbed the smell. I also noticed that the shower door was broken, which is a serious safety concern. It could easily injure a child or another guest. Your facilities clearly need maintenance, and hygiene standards need urgent attention. I believe it is unfair to charge guests for accommodation that does not meet basic standards of cleanliness and safety. If I were in your position, I would seriously consider refunding guests who have had such an experience. My intention is not to be rude but to provide honest feedback. Improving cleanliness, replacing or properly laundering bedding, and repairing damaged facilities will help protect your business and improve future guests' experiences. Positive reviews should come from genuinely good service, not from trying to outweigh negative feedback. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. Thank you.

How they responded when we had a problem like a broken key in the door lock. He was very fast to fix it. The two bed rooms elephant chalet is good 👍. The bathroom and toilets in all rooms are perfect and clean. The animals

− There is no backup electricity, no security at the gate, and no remote gate. You must open the gate for yourself with a key that is not safe. Poor beds in room(Kudu family house) K3 and K4, we had four single beds(two bunk beds) in one room. The beds were in a very bad condition with a sponge in very poor condition you can't sleep at night.😢.

Avoid bunk bed rooms, no fridge and terrible beds, but other units look nice.

I liked the location, the few animals we saw, the cummunal area was pretty nice. Bonfire was decent, just the wood was wet. Internet was available at the communal area. The recommendation to fish at Metsi Metsi was great, it was really beautiful.

− Very dissapointed in the room. It was very unclear what to expect as there was very little info available on the bunk beds room, like 2 or 3 photos. We ended up putting the thin sponge matresses on the floor to be able to sleep. The bunks beds are rusted and looked like it may give in any time of the night. There was also no fridge in the room which was completely unexpected, especially for just shy of R1000 per night...
