9.0Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla disponibilità di tutto lo staff, all'ottima cucina con cena e colazione con prodotti di alta qualità ,per finire con l'escursione che è stata una bellissima esperienza

6.0− Lo staff presente durante la colazione non si è dimostrato particolarmente professionale. Il personale parlava a voce alta, creando un ambiente piuttosto rumoroso. Inoltre, mentre gli ospiti stavano ancora facendo colazione, è stato passato l'aspirapolvere. Poiché l'apparecchio non funzionava correttamente, sono stati chiamati altri membri dello staff per cercare di risolvere il problema, con diverse persone riunite nella sala. Questa situazione ha reso l'esperienza della colazione poco rilassante e meno piacevole di quanto ci si aspetterebbe.
Struttura molto bella in ottima posizione e con ampia offerta di servizi
9.0La stanza in legno con bagno "a vista" era molto bella e curata, con una bella vista sulle montagne e sul fiume. La posizione è comodissima e la colazione molto buona. Offrono anche molti servizi, dalla spa alle passeggiate. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, tutto pulitissimo.
− L'insonorizzazione non è perfetta e il matrimoniale era formato da due letti singoli uniti, avrei gradito un topper (cit. Barbieri XD).

10.0Ottima posizione, parcheggio clienti riservato, spa stupenda con accesso vietato ai bambini dopo le 17...meraviglia, buona e molto variegata la colazione. Disponibilità e cortesia di tutto il personale.
− Forse bagno un pò sottodimensionato Il prezzo pieno della stanza sarebbe stato decisamente alto, fortunatamente con vari sconti booking abbiamo pagato quasi la metà.
