Very nice hotel, friendly staff, uncomfortable beds.

The hotel is very quiet and offers ample parking. The rooms are spacious. They have a large pool where you can order drinks and food. The food is ok.

− The beds are extremely hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. The staff tried to help and changed our mattress and tried to make the others softer by adding padding under the sheets. Overall, none of us slept well.

Bel hôtel calme et familial

Nous avons aimé le calme, la propreté des lieux, la gentilesse du personnel, la piscine, la vue sur la mer, la kitchinette permettant de garder des aliments au frais et l'airco qui fonctionnait très bien et le petit déjeuner. Mention spéciale pour leur réactivité concernant le fait que je ne peux boire du lactose : ils m'ont offert du lait végétal durant tout le séjour au petit déjeuner. L'accès à la plage est à 6 min depuis la plage

− Même si le petit déjeuner est très bien : type english breakfast avec des fruits frais et gâteaux, nous aurions aimé un peu plus de variété étant donné que nous restions 10 jours sur place. Nous avons moins aimé le fait qu'il faille marcher 20 min pour aller au centre mais ce n'était pas si grave!

There were some good things too... The outside area was very well maintained. We liked how the path leading to the beach was maintained. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was the only one who smiled at us and asked how we were and if we needed anything, as we were used to with our Greek hosts. It's a shame that the interior of the rooms has been abandoned, it is no longer maintained, just like the exterior...

− Unfortunately, the accommodation at Luce was not what we expected. We were very disappointed. In no way is it worth the money we paid for this accommodation. It looks good on the internet in the pictures, but the reality is different. We found a tired room, with poor quality furniture, a tired air conditioning unit that barely coped, the bathroom had never been cleaned or for a long time. There were no mosquito nets, we could not leave any window or door open, we had 2 terraces in vain. The cleaning was not of the best quality, the sheets were torn, they were more gray, not white, the same goes for the towels, they were gray, shabby. And we were disappointed by the hospitality of the hosts, totally different from what we saw with the Greek people, the lady at the reception was completely bored, rushed, disinterested, she never asked us how we were feeling or if we needed anything, she barely greeted us and took the room keys, you could tell she couldn't wait for us to leave. This accommodation may have once been something special, but now it is no longer taken care of. I do not recommend!

O proprietate frumoasă, foarte curata, gradina bine intretinuta, camere mari, prosope schimbate zilnic. Drumul de 5 minute către plaja, ca un tunel mărginit de trestii inalte, este minunat. Seara e luminat. Exista 28 de trepte și un mic urcuș pe aleea asfaltata.de la "tunel" la clădirile de locuit. Toate sunt construite astfel încât oferă și intimitate, dar și priveliște frumoasă. Piscina e curatata in fiecare noapte și la nevoie, se poate servi masa. Lipsa țânțarilor în Skala a fost binevenita. Apa marii e excelenta, curata, dar e indicata încălțăminte pentru pietricelele din apa și de pe plaja cu nisip în cea mai mare parte.
