Gonzalo estuvo muy predispuesto a resolver cualquier inquietud o situación que se presentara. Las vistas que tiene la cabaña son espectaculares, y es muy cómoda, amplia en todos los sectores. La ubicación es buena para moverse caminando, se puede conocer playas, e ir al centro.

− Se podría mejorar la parte de la entrada, se nota que se está remodelando, pero estaría bueno un cartel con el nombre del lugar de forma más visible, y así evitar cualquier duda para encontrar el complejo. Lo bueno es que tiene espacio para estacionamiento, lo cual permite el bajar del taxi con facilidad, llevando equipaje.

The views! The best part of this lake-front property are the views across the lake to the surrounding mountains. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the terrace enjoying the view. The owner, Gonzalo, was great at communicating both before and during our stay. He always quickly responded on WhatsApp, and when there was a plumbing issue in the shower, he had it fixed within minutes. There are three parking spaces on the property, which gets your vehicle off the busy main road. The apartment was huge - kitchen area, living room, dining area, bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom, along with the large terrace. There is also a shared garden area with the other two units running right to the waters edge.

− The condition of the apartment and the cleanliness were why we couldn't rate this property higher. The furniture is all fairly old, as are the bed linens and towels (worn, thin, scratchy). Even though housekeeping came each day, the same dirt, dead flies and stains on the tile floors remained. The kitchen was also dirty - each drawer and shelf had food debris and all the cookware was old and in need of replacement. The freezer was caked with ice and stained yellow with something - needs to be defrosted and cleaned. Microwave was spattered with food spots. We were told it was up to the guest to keep the kitchen clean but obviously prior guests didn't manage that. Really expected better conditions considering the price paid.

An amazing cabin on the lake

The lake views are amazing—even more beautiful than they appear in the photos. The cabin is spacious and cozy. It is in a perfect location—we did not have a car and had no problem getting around by taxi, bus, or walking to things nearby. Gonzalo the host was incredibly friendly and helpful—several times he went out of his way to accommodate our special requests. I cannot recommend the cabin highly enough—we will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Bariloche.
